Job Title: Pumps Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a Pumps Technician. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our pumps business lines technologies portfolio, including onsite and offsite technical assistance for our team and customers. You will work closely with other business teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all activity involved with MA Pumps BL technologies portfolio technical support.
  • Provide extensive technical expertise in troubleshooting, process knowledge, technical incidents, operation, and maintenance for Pumps BL technologies portfolio through site visits.
  • Support areas include assisting in the form of technical information, diagnostic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical investigation to internal stakeholders (Sales, Field Service, Quality department) and directly to our customers.
  • Evaluate new services sales opportunities among customer base incl. installed base opportunity mapping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Mechanical trade or Engineering Degree qualification with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to perform or learn how to do 3D scans on site and do 3D modelling with CAD.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Current motor vehicle license.
  • Ability to travel with short notice. Ability to work away from home, for extended periods and extended hours, on weekends or as required.
