Our business is seeking a seasoned Cash Collection Specialist to oversee financial relationships with customers and drive revenue growth.
About the RoleThis key position will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving queries and disputes, and developing strong partnerships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cash collections and resolving customer inquiries
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with colleagues to reduce aged debt and minimize financial risk
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in high-volume B2B collections with strong analytical skills
- A customer-first mindset and ability to build trust and rapport
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
