Health and Safety Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to embed a culture of health and safety across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees to promote health and safety awareness and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a health and safety role within a manufacturing or high-risk environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, Occupational Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience of engaging effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high level of resilience.
