We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for hotel guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms to the highest standard
  • Replenishing amenities and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring pantries and housekeeping equipment are well-maintained
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest requests where possible

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to commit to at least 4 days a week on a rotating roster (9am - 2pm shifts available)
  • Reliable, organised, and great time management skills
  • Full Australian working rights
