Seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our accounting team. As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents for private clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize their tax liabilities
  • Advise clients on business decisions and financial management strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the accounting team

Requirements include:

  1. At least 4+ years of tax compliance/business services experience working within an accounting public practice firm in Australia
  2. CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification
  3. Proven expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic financial advice
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
