About Us:
At Medibank Private Limited, our purpose is to deliver better health for better lives. We believe that by living and servicing customers locally, we can create richer conversations, more personalized support, and stronger connections with local communities across Australia.
This approach allows us to build longer-lasting relationships with our customers and provide more fulfilling work for our people. By offering a tailored experience, we aim to make a real difference in the health of our customers and community.
About the Role:

You will also seek and develop rich partnerships at a local level through corporate partners, migration agents, education institutions, Members Choice Providers, and regional health programs.
You will plan and execute a continuous pipeline of self-generated growth initiatives aimed at immersing Medibank in the community. Other activities may include attending local events, shopping centres, kiosks, corporate on-sites, and expos, or servicing customers in-store or via phone/messaging.
You will provide insights to key internal stakeholders regarding community needs and any gaps in our current promotions, products, or services.
About You:
- You thrive on providing great service to the local community and are motivated to help your team achieve this goal as well. Growing and keeping your customer base is critically important to you.
- You have a strong growth mindset and focus on business development and empowering your team and local community.
