Director of National Technical Training

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chartered accountant to lead our tax team in the creation, delivery and optimisation of technical training.

  • Oversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technical training programs nationwide.
  • Ensure learning content remains relevant, up-to-date and aligned with clients' evolving needs and circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in client-facing tax work, including knowledge of the Australian taxation regime, and the ability to critically analyse complex information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development and other subject matter experts to deliver timely and relevant training programs.
  • Coordinate the identification, creation and delivery of high-quality Tax technical thought leadership materials to internal and external stakeholders.

The role can be based in one of our offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, with some interstate travel involved.

Requirements:

Significant experience in client-facing tax work, including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.

Critical analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
