We are seeking a skilled Structural Remediation Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role offers a competitive salary package, company vehicle, and living away from home allowances.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience within the construction industry, particularly in concrete works, remediation, or cathodic protection. A high level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Strong understanding of safety guidelines and regulations as they relate to construction projects is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring the consistent adoption of safe work procedures.
  • Develop and implement Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) plans and work procedures in collaboration with the Project Engineer.
  • Apply construction experience to enhance methods, adopting efficient and safe approaches to get the job done.
  • Supervise and manage on-site activities, supporting the site team in problem-solving and managing day-to-day operational risks.
  • Train and develop site teams, ensuring they have the right skills, attitude, and support to succeed.
