Sales Team Lead Opportunity

A leading travel business is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their dynamic team on the Gold Coast. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to grow your career with a recognised travel company, working in a vibrant office environment that fosters high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the travel industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and KPIs. They will be responsible for guiding and supporting a sales team to meet and exceed performance targets, while ensuring outstanding service delivery.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical skills to interpret and act on data. A customer-first mindset with a focus on high service standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Drive a customer-focused culture that prioritises service excellence and quality sales outcomes
  • Support individual team members through training, development and regular performance feedback
  • Monitor key metrics and use data to enhance team results
  • Assist with strategic planning and help manage team costs
  • Ensure a positive team environment and continuous improvement across all areas
