Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Registering patients and managing necessary documentation upon their arrival.
- Promptly answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinating appointments using advanced scheduling systems.
- Informing patients about preparation requirements prior to their visits.
- Optimizing appointment management to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Providing fee quotes and Medicare rebate information to patients.
- Processing claims for Private, Medicare, DVA, and third-party insurance.
