We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to drive organizational change and improvement in our Federal Government client in Canberra.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that support our client's objectives, while also managing internal and external communications effectively. This includes identifying training needs, designing and implementing development plans, and ensuring the effective communication of information to relevant audiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create engaging content, manage communication channels, and deliver training on various platforms. You will also design, develop, deliver, and manage engagement and communications strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives.
