Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia, and provide respite and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
