Profusion Group is seeking a skilled Test Lead with experience in infrastructure or telephony/contact center environments to drive quality across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Test Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute all BAT and PVT testing activities using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Implement a new contact center software system and ensure its seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design and execute both manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of testing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • 3+ years of experience working within Agile projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on IT infrastructure/telephony-related programs.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certification (CTFL).
  • ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Test Automation (ICP-ATA).
  • Degree in Business or IT-related discipline.
