Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Retail Assistant role in Alexandra Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management, and reporting. They will also be required to adhere to and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the implementation of sales promotions and visual merchandising
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient stock management and reporting processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a retail or hospitality capacity, a strong passion for driving their own career and others forward, well-developed communication skills, and a keen sense of teamwork and attention to detail. They must also be able to confirm their Australian working rights and provide a current police clearance certificate.
