We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bonds West Lakes store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, motivating and coaching the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections. You will also assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example and creating memorable customer connections
  • Assisting in the training and development of the team
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store
  • Managing high stock volumes and visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager on back-of-house tasks
