Job Overview

The role of a compassionate healthcare professional at our organisation is critical, requiring an individual who can deliver high-quality care to residents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality resident-focused and clinical care, supervising and leading a team of carers and nurses, and taking an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
  • Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
  • Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
  • Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will have excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. You will also be compassionate, flexible and positive, with the ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
