This 320-bed facility serves as the primary referral centre for the region, providing public health and hospital services to a diverse population of approximately 265,000 people.

The Hospital has a significant teaching role, offering both undergraduate and postgraduate clinical experience. With over 4,000 staff, it's a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

We seek a Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist Geriatrician on a temporary basis, for a period of one year.

  • FRACP or equivalent specialist qualification is required.
  • Full specialist training in the UK, USA, Canada, or Ireland must be completed.
  • Assessment by the RACP as 'substantially comparable' is necessary.
