Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior AV/IT Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing project-related tasks, installing and maintaining AV/IT systems, and providing exceptional support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coordinate, manage and prioritize project-related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
- Install and maintain AV/IT systems, including racks, display devices, projectors, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones, and speakers.
- Provide daily job progress reports based on labor metrics to the project manager.
- Setup and operate audio visual equipment for training sessions, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
- Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' installation experience in the AV/IT Industry.
- AVIXA CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) certification.
- 3-5 years' experience in commercial construction standards, including reviewing drawing packages and Master Spec documents.
- 3-5 years' experience with all aspects of commercial structured cabling, including pulling, terminating, testing Cat 5e/6, Video, VGA, HDMI, Audio RCA/XLR cable.
- Network and Electronic infrastructure, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
- Systems knowledge and commissioning experience of Crestron, Audio DSP configuration, CCTV CMS, Vo IP, and VTC Communication Systems.
- A clean background check is required.
- This is an on-site position at our headquarters located on the Space Coast of Florida, just minutes from beautiful east coast beaches.
- Ability to work with a safety harness in bucket or boom lift.

This position requires a valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
