Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an agile and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and execution of marketing initiatives and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the production of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, web content, and other assets for our products and services
  • Maintenance of marketing websites and social media
  • Providing event management support for various events, webinars, and education conferences
  • Gathering information about the industry, customers, and products through market research and focus groups

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in building a career in marketing, demonstrated by a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Understanding of and/or experience with marketing concepts, tools, and strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage multiple competing deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to adapt and embrace changes
  • Can-do attitude and aptitude for learning new systems, processes, and software
