Job Summary:

As the Procurement and Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering key procurement, contracts, and fleet management functions across the organisation. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of procurement processes, vendor performance, and contract management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Procurement & Vendor Contract Performance:
      • Execute sourcing strategies and category research, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
      • Analyse vendor performance data to recommend improvements.
      • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual KPIs, price/rate compliance, and reporting requirements.
      • Develop and maintain procurement performance reports.
      • Investigate opportunities for cost reductions, efficiency improvements, and process optimisation's.
    • Contract Management:
      • Oversee the creation, entry, and governance of contracts into the contract management system.
      • Manage key contract events, including expiry and renewals, in collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Coordinate dispute resolution and ensure vendors meet compliance requirements
    • Fleet Management:
      • Administer the fleet, including vehicle allocations, driver management, traffic infringements, and incident reports.
      • Coordinate annual vehicle inspections and manage fleet-related correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Procurement and Contracts Management within a complex service-based environment, preferably in the health care or aged care industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
