Global Expertise in Transactional Law

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Associate or Senior Associate in Global Financial Markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, advise clients on complex legal matters, and collaborate with experts from diverse practice groups.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on transactional matters in areas such as general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, and structured finance. You will work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight, and the latest industry know-how to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising on transactional matters, outstanding academic credentials, and a solid professional reputation. You should also possess excellent transactional and management abilities, enjoy working in a demanding team environment, and have a demonstrated appetite for business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on complex transactional matters in areas such as general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, and structured finance.
  • Collaborate with experts from multiple practice groups to deliver high-quality advice and service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Experience advising on transactional matters in general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, or structured finance.
  • Outstanding academic history and a solid professional reputation.
  • Excellent transactional and management abilities.
