Key Role in Store Management

Under Armour is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service experiences every day.

  • As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and mentoring the store team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide world-class customer service.
  • You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to maintain a visually appealing store environment that showcases our Under Armour products in an engaging and compelling way.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving sales growth through effective inventory management, stock replenishment and merchandise presentation.

We're looking for someone who can provide clear direction, motivate and inspire their team members to achieve their best, while maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment. If you are a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you

Job Description:

  • Recruit, manage and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences every day.
