Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill our Shift Supervisor position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scoop gelato and process transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the store manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise staff on shift to maintain high morale and store cleanliness standards.
  • Complete end of day procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for fostering excellent communication skills and creating a safe and enjoyable working environment.

This is a casual opportunity with flexible summer hours, paid under the Fast Food Industry Award rates.

While experience is preferred, it is not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
