Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our Mine Operations team at Hope Downs 1. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mine.
As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of production staff to achieve operational excellence. You will work closely with our Supervisor to develop and implement plans to maximize production, improve safety, and reduce costs.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and leading production activities to achieve operational excellence
- Developing and implementing plans to improve safety, reduce costs, and increase production
- Working closely with the Supervisor to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Providing coaching and guidance to production staff to improve their skills and performance
- Identifying and addressing operational issues and implementing corrective actions
