The Role: Sales Team Member

Contribute to profitable sales growth by meeting sales targets and delivering a great customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating exceptional and consistent customer service
  • Achieving quality, profitable sales according to established budgets
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver great customer service and address customer queries
  • Maintaining high-quality visual merchandising standards
  • Monitoring and assisting with web orders, including picking stock, wrapping items, and organizing timely deliveries
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Secondary school or equivalent certificate
  • Previous customer service or retail experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience in kitchenware or cooking appliance retail is highly regarded
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
