About the Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will work closely with our Promotions Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of our services. This includes assisting with Raffles, Promotions, Bingo, Cash Housie, and Member Services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times;
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication while using a microphone;
- Show confidence and comfort when speaking on a microphone;
- Support and conduct Raffles and Promotions in a professional manner;
- Assist in Bingo and Cash Housie by hosting and calling games;
- Inform members and guests about upcoming events and promotions;
- Set up and pack down of event rooms;
- Handle cash transactions accurately;
- Address customer enquiries promptly;
- Comply with Panthers policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
About You
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
You should be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude towards work. Flexibility and reliability are essential as you may be required to work 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment;
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming;
- Display a charismatic personality and welcoming nature;
- The initiative to work efficiently and proactively independently and in a team;
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster.

Requirements
- RSA and RCG Certificates (essential);
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (desirable);
- 1-3 years of cash handling experience (desirable);
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills; and
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
