Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Disability Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Your Role

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored action plans to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Providing therapy and support services in various settings, including community and clinic-based environments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure continuity of care
