The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Rivalry Elizabeth Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports and fashion and is eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences.
  • Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards.
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments.
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable.
  • Available to work late nights.
  • Available to work Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays.
