Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters the physical, emotional and social development of children.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized learning environment
  • Monitor and record children's progress and provide feedback to families
About the Role

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. You will work collaboratively with other educators to plan and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children.

What We Are Looking For
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
