Nursery Leader
Join us as we seek an experienced Nursery Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

This role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children, working collaboratively with our experienced team to create engaging learning environments that foster growth, curiosity, and resilience.

Our Nursery is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for 78 children, with open-plan rooms filled with natural light and abundant resources. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and education, and are committed to supporting our educators to grow and develop in their careers.


About You
  • You're an experienced educator with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education
  • Passionate about creating engaging learning environments that promote child development
  • You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
  • Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
  • Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
  • Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

Requirements
  • Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to build relationships with families and the community
  • A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
  • Full availability to work Monday to Friday with flexibility across all shift patterns
  • Two professional references required, including one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education
