Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to deliver effective teaching, learning and caring programs in our Early Learning Centre.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of young children.
  • The candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • The role requires collaboration as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team to achieve student outcomes and support the school vision.

Key Requirements:

  • A suitable tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Teaching is essential.
  • Demonstrated respect for and interest in young children.
  • Experience in the pedagogy of the Reggio Emilia Educational Project would be an advantage.
  • High level communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
