The Procurement Specialist will drive procurement activity across high-profile technology projects, covering applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and vendor support arrangements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sourcing exercises end-to-end, from market engagement through to contract execution.
  • Leading negotiations with major software providers, hardware suppliers, and integration partners to secure favourable outcomes.
  • Assessing supplier proposals, evaluating commercial models, and identifying risks to ensure value-for-money decisions.
  • Preparing and finalising agreements in partnership with legal, finance, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A solid background in technology procurement within large-scale or enterprise settings.

  • Exposure to enterprise IT rollouts (ERP, HR, CRM, or other complex platforms) highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of licensing frameworks, service contracts, and commercial agreements.
