Senior Lawyer / Senior Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial litigation attorney to join our esteemed Disputes practice in Sydney on a full-time basis.

Under the guidance of Partners, you will have the opportunity to enhance your experience in commercial litigation and disputes resolution on significant class actions and product liability cases. You will work with leading clients and as part of international defence teams, gaining valuable insights and expertise in handling global matters.

In this high-performing team, you will handle product regulatory issues and provide advice to clients across various sectors including life sciences, consumer goods, automotive, and financial products.

The role encompasses a range of contentious commercial matters. Specifically, you will:

  • Draft correspondence;
  • Prepare legal opinions;
  • Manage files day-to-day;
  • Liaise with clients and counsel;
  • Assist with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings, including evidence.
