The Opportunity:

Op Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Op Shop Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shop in Bendigo.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for fashion and charity retail, as well as experience in cash handling, register operations, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for visual merchandising, be confident in working with a team, and be available to work weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate volunteer teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, stock, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.
