About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver real-time, high-quality risk reporting and analytics to support business operations.
  2. Design and implement risk dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  3. Partner with teams across Product, Digital, Marketing, and Business Development to identify and monitor risks.
  4. Lead analysis of key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce reports for senior leadership.
  5. Support risk reviews, controls testing, and treatment planning.
  6. Contribute to audits, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • You are a self-starter with strong initiative, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to build risk programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in risk, analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, R, or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience automating reporting and creating actionable alerts.
  • Power BI skills highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or e-Commerce (advantageous).
