High-Performance Hardware Designer

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Architect to design and deploy custom-built hardware systems that deliver ultra-low latency and deterministic performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping trading outcomes and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will collaborate with traders and developers to translate strategy requirements into real-time hardware logic. They will analyze and optimize system performance at every level, from transceiver tuning to logic layout. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a robust simulation and testing framework to ensure system reliability.
- FPGA or ASIC technologies, including proficiency in VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
- Strong engineering skills in Python, C++, or C.
- Digital design principles, including pipelining, flow control, and clock domain crossing.
A dynamic work environment where you can grow and contribute to our mission to stay ahead of the competition. This role requires a BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in financial markets, exchange protocols, or co-designing FPGA and software systems is preferred. Experience with FPGA development tools and toolchains, such as Vivado, Quartus, or Synplify, is advantageous.
