Cloud Security Expert Job Description

This role is a key contributor to our cloud presales team, representing us in the sales cycle as a Cloud and Security Subject Matter Expert.

As a member of our North American region, you will provide expertise, advice, training, and technical support for various pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales teams with bid responses, technical discussions, contract reviews, and coordination of supporting resources.
  • Providing expert technical knowledge on security, audit, compliance, data sovereignty, penetration testing, cloud security controls, access management, and software security.
  • Explaining incident handling processes, change management, public cloud benefits like Azure and AWS, and complex technical topics through training and workshops.
  • Collaborating with prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their needs and translating them into suitable cloud services offerings.
  • Analyzing client requirements, identifying key challenges, and providing solutions that meet their business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong customer relationship management experience and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to different levels within an organization.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, industry best practices, and IT frameworks like NIST-CSF.
  • Master's degree in computer science or related field; fluent English and additional language skills preferred.
