Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Therapeutic Specialist to join our Tamworth team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with OTs, Physios, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to children and families. Your exceptional skills and passion for the key worker model will shine through in this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- University qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
- Extensive experience working with children aged 0-7 years and their families
- Demonstrated suitability for working within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload
- A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector and delivering high-quality ECI services
