Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and support of our company's IT systems and networks.
This is a proactive role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing servers, networks, and IT infrastructure, as well as experience with system updates, backups, and security patches.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
