Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site IT support, managing ticketing systems, and coordinating the installation of I.T. collateral at various event locations throughout Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless IT operations at events
  • Configure and maintain ticketing systems, POS devices, and other infrastructure
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks on internal and external client equipment and infrastructure
  • Document all changes made to network or device configuration
  • Respond promptly to IT support calls and log fault information in the service desk database system
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical or support specialist role
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, preferably in live events
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows, server administration, and Cisco networking would be highly beneficial
