The Role PHSA is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across primarily NSW Workers Compensation and Comcare, with a specific focus on Same Employer services. Core tasks of the role will include:
- Worksite Assessments
- Case Conferencing with treating health professionals
- Work Readiness Preparation
- Workplace Facilitated Discussions
- Vocational Assessments
Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Full membership with ASORC or RCAA
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting
- Experience working in Same Employer services and complex psychological injury
- A current driver's license and motor vehicle
