Riviera Pools is a specialist in high-end custom concrete pool construction, delivering premium residential and commercial pool projects. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and professional service.

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Construction Manager to take ownership of project delivery and site coordination. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage construction across multiple high-end pool builds, while contributing to the next stage of our continued success.

The successful applicant will contribute to the broader success of both Riviera and our sister company, who specialise in the installation of compass pool fibreglass pools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in swimming pool construction or related construction management
  • Strong site leadership and scheduling skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and trades across multiple jobs
  • High attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full driver's licence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end residential pool projects
  • Competency in reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
  • Relevant trade qualifications or builder's licence
  • Working knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements
