Senior Leadership Role in Australian Office

This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to lead large-scale real estate projects and cross-border operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR management for the Australian office.

  • Financial Operations Oversight: Manage all finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the Australian business.
  • Intercompany Liaison: Collaborate with the head office in China to ensure timely submission of reports and financial statements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Strategic Decision-Making Support: Provide financial analysis and risk management support to inform strategic decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance, budget, tax, and compliance functions of our Australian subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Australian CPA qualification
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Proven experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises (preferably)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
