We're seeking a skilled professional to join our growing team as a Media Buyer.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a relaxed working environment, flexible work arrangements, including up to 3 days of remote work per week, and access to modern facilities, including a pool table.
Job DescriptionAs Joolca's Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) under the guidance of our PPC Lead. Your primary objective will be to ensure our ads perform at their peak, driving low-cost customer acquisition and high return on ad spend (ROAS). You'll work closely with our team to collaborate on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize the value of every click.
This role is ideal for someone who's data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with the latest ad management tools and tactics. You'll be part of a dynamic, growing company where your insights and efforts will directly impact Joolca's growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our Google and Meta ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust bids, targeting, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our PPC Lead to implement strategy, follow best practices, and execute paid media plans that align with Joolca's goals.
- CRO Involvement: Be actively involved in conversations around Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), offering insights on how to improve landing pages and user experiences that drive conversions.
- Creative Collaboration: Liaise with the creative and content teams to ensure that ad copy and creative are aligned with the brand and tailored for each audience segment.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, ensuring we maximize ROAS while adhering to campaign spend guidelines.
- Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports that include actionable insights and recommendations for improving paid media efforts.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, with a track record of driving results.
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of CRO principles, with the ability to contribute to discussions on improving landing page performance and user experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for working cross-functionally.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
If you have experience with other digital advertising platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn, familiarity with email marketing and its complementarity to paid media efforts, or proficiency with performance analysis tools beyond PPC platforms and GA4, it would be beneficial in this role.
