  • Maintain project documentation and compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Mentor and guide junior contract administrators

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of construction industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, procurement, and risk management
  • Experience with Jobpac and contract administration software (iTWOcx preferred)
  • A background in commercial fit-out, refurb, or new build projects
  • A construction-related degree or equivalent experience
