We are seeking a dedicated Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team across our North Brisbane clinics.
About the OpportunityThis permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including employee discounts and flexible work arrangements.
As part of our Radiography team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of modalities, including X-Ray & CT, with a diverse case mix from local patients.
Our clinics are supported by clerical teams and clinical assistants, and we provide Siemens' & GE equipment to support you in providing high-quality imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate patient care, prioritizing patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain optimal image quality and ensure examinations deliver diagnostic information relevant to clinic requirements.
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT, hold the appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography, and possess a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
A strong problem-solving ability, proactive approach to high-quality patient-centered care, and full working rights in Australia are also essential for this role.
