Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead our Data and AI team. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and product features, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive change and improvement in our delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery for the Data and AI portfolio of projects and product features.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, big room planning, SoS) for multiple squads, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Effectively manage inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies and timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager role across a portfolio or program.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and their practical application).
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage and resolve complex dependencies and impediments.
  • Proficient with Agile project and collaboration management tools, such as JIRA, DevOps, MIRO.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the media industry and large scale data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, machine learning or AI development processes.
  • Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation at a portfolio level.
