Pega Business Analyst Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega application development and be able to create innovative solutions for clients.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of business processes.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pega applications that meet client objectives, while also providing expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Pega applications that address core challenges for telco clients, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, including workshops with client stakeholders, requirement gathering, and technical implementation.
  • Provide expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience as a business analyst on a Pega Project.
  • Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of core telco business processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis (gathering requirements, process mapping) and technical development (configuration, hands-on implementation).
  • Natural problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse complex problems and propose effective solutions.
