About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Nowra. As a key member of our Air Affairs operations, you will provide HR advice and guidance to support the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient first-line support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and activities
  • Evaluate, prepare, and update position descriptions
  • Support the continuous development and implementation of HR processes
  • Compile and provide data and employment information to the employee services team
  • Manage ongoing compliance requirements, including development of plans and reports
  • Work with the broader People team to ensure seamless delivery of HR cyclical activities
About You
  • Proven experience working in an agile HR team
  • Sound working knowledge of and the proven ability to interpret and advise on the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in operationally and on projects
  • Attention to detail with the ability to implement and manage processes
