Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Conduct various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards their return-to-work goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
